About Us
We discovered our love for Mallorca on our first vacation together in 2009. Since then, we’ve returned many times — until finally our heart project Finca Las Cañas was born, along with the desire to make Mallorca our second home.
Through our professions and the extensive travel that comes with them, we’ve been fortunate to stay in many beautiful places around the world. Inspired by both renowned and small boutique hotels, we know what truly matters when it comes to feeling comfortable and at home.

About Your Finca in Mallorca
Our authentic 19th-century Mallorcan country villa sits on a special piece of land on the edge of Santa Maria del Camí — more than 3,000 m² of Mediterranean gardens, mature trees, and open views of the Tramuntana Mountains. Together with its spacious pool area, it offers a unique setting for relaxation, inspiration, and connection.
A distinctive feature of the property is the thoughtful layout of its seven bedrooms — each with an en-suite bathroom — distributed across the main house, an adjoining guesthouse, and two garden bungalows. This allows every guest to enjoy privacy and tranquility, while spacious terraces, patios, and generous living and dining areas invite everyone to come together.

Lovingly restored and designed, the historic main house “La Principal” spans two floors. The ground floor includes a welcoming entrance hall with guest bathroom, a spacious kitchen and dining area, and a large living and dining room with fireplace — perfect for cozy evenings.
The upper floor features the master suite with dressing area, en-suite bathroom, and stunning views of the pool, garden, and Tramuntana Mountains, as well as a second bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom overlooking the patio.
The heart of “La Principal” is the spacious Mediterranean patio — with several lounge areas, a covered dining space for up to 12 people, and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue with direct pool access.

The adjoining house “Porque Sí” offers two floors with three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The ground floor includes a cozy lounge area with fireplace and a small kitchen.
Two bedrooms open directly onto this lounge, and each ground-floor room has its own small terrace.
A private patio with outdoor dining area and garden views makes this guesthouse an independent retreat.

Just a short drive from vibrant Palma, Santa Maria combines the tranquility of rural Mallorca with the convenience of nearby beaches, shopping, and fine dining.
